Mr. Terry Quinn is an IAEI and ICC certified member, a certified inspector in all trades, and a Contractors Quality Control  (CQC) and educator.  He has written four books;

1) The role of the Project Superindentent,

2) The General Contractors Exam Prep Workbook,

3) The Electrical Contractors Exam Prep Workbook,

4) The Motor Fuel Dispensing Facility for Gasoline and Diesel Fuel and Repair Garages,

plus the many more that deals with the Continuing Education Classes in Electrical, Building and and Plumbing.
